Montana Drivers: Effect of New York Traffic Ticket Convictions

If you receive a traffic conviction in New York State, Montana will be notified of the offense as both states are members of the Driver License Compact.

Montana will add a New York traffic conviction to Montana driver’s record. Therefore, it is wise to treat a New York ticket as if it was issued in Montana.

Excellent experience with this law firm from Syracuse. Mr. Seth Azria Esq. handled my speeding ticket in Watertown, NY with no problem for a reasonable $ 250 fee and saved me a plethora of points and high insurance rates.
