I received a ticket for speeding in Warrensburg, NY for going 20mph above the speed limit - a 4 point and >$200 offense. Mr. Bruffett took the case and had the ticket reduced to a 0 point $150 offense. Great result. I highly recommend his services.

I had multiple traffic tickets that included two misdemeanors, speeding, seat belt, expired inspection you name it I had it. Seth was very proficient, effective beyond my expectations, always returned my calls and kept me notified. I know almost nothing related to the law and he was was capable of explaining things in "normal English." I highly recommend him to anyone. On a 5 star scoring system, I rate him as a 10. Excellent experience with this law firm from Syracuse. Mr. Seth Azria Esq. handled my speeding ticket in Watertown, NY with no problem for a reasonable $ 250 fee and saved me a plethora of points and high insurance rates. It was difficult to be a tourist with an out of state license plate on a rental car and not being familiar with local speed traps of 30 mph.... I would use the Azria & Bruffett Law Firm again in a minute if I ever get another ticket in NY. It is especially handy that they will take credit cards over the phone or online. Some firms I checked with required cash and I had already left the state.

Azria & Bruffett did a very professional and effective job of dealing with my (out of state) speeding ticket in upstate NY. I was going 75 in a 65 which means multiple points along with a hefty fine. Ralph Habib was able to reduce the magnitude of my ticket down to a no points, non-moving violation. The paralegal Monica coordinated all of the communications and made it a very easy process for me. Fees were reasonable and competitive with other firms I shopped around at. I would recommend them to anyone else facing ticket issues as well.

Extremely satisfied

I have hired the Azria law firm twice to represent my daughter, once for speeding and the other was an accident. I live just shy of NYC and got a traffic ticket in this law firms jurisdiction while upstate for a wedding. Traveling several hours north to attend traffic court wasn't something that was possible for me with my hectic work schedule in healthcare. Hire Seth!!

I received a speeding ticket in upstate New York (30 mph above speed limit) - this was a 6 point hike on my insurance + fines up to $385. I hired Seth over the phone (I live out-of-state), paid my fees, and crossed my fingers. Wow. My case was resolved in around a month to 0 points and a fine of $135. 100% of my communication after our initial call was over e-mail.

Happy with the Service

I was coming back home (Canada) when I got pulled over for doing 81 in 65 zone. I had no clue as in what to do. If I would've just simply paid the fine I would've lost 3 points in Canada on my license. So I googled lawyer and Seth's name came up. Contacted him and he advised me how he will pursue this ticket and what would be the likely outcome of it. What he said come out to be exactly that. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. I WILL RECOMMEND HIM.

Nothing like finishing out a vacation out of town with a traffic ticket. This firm was able to handle this with minimal effort on my part and the price was really good.

What A Find!

I received a four point ticket and googled attorney's to choose who could handle my case, being that I was not local to the county in which I received the Summons. I found Seth Azria's Law firm and read the testimonials. I liked what I read and reached out to him. After retaining his services, I found the testimonials to be spot on. My ticket was reduced to a non point, non moving violation. Later on my son received the same type ticket with the same outcome. Very pleased with the services that he provided.
