I worked with Seth Azria on numerous traffic tickets I’ve received. Most were 4-6 point violations and all of them have been reduced to 0 points or dismissed. Highly recommend working with this firm!

I was wrongly issued a ticket by a police officer who made a snap decision that was incorrect. I contacted Seth for help. He wanted to know the nature of the violation and my side of the story. He then told me to sit back as he would take on the matter for me. He updated me regularly as he communicated with the court, and eventually resolved the matter for me. His fee was reasonable and the results were excellent. I highly recommend him.

TWICE I reached out to Seth when I got speeding tickets in upstate NY about a year apart. The first ticket was reduced significantly so it gave me great confidence to call Seth from the highway when I got the second ticket! 

With each ticket Seth explained what my options and risks were. He delivered exactly what he promised in each event. He really knows the DA's in each county that he had to deal with and was able to get the second ticket which was a monster 6 pointer to ZERO points!  The fact that I did not have to waste time and wages to appear in court was priceless.

I found them via a random Google search and appreciated the clarity of the information presented on their website and in initial communications. Throughout the entire process they were extremely clear and helpful. My case got a little complicated for random reasons, and they went beyond their initial scope to pursue the case on my behalf. fter 6 years of obeying the speed limit (or rather, not getting caught), my luck ran out and I was stopped for a 74/55. I called David and he immediately remembered me from 6 years ago and was happy to help me out again! I was impressed yet again, both with his professionalism , communication, and expedience (also impressed that the rate was not much more). After many failed attempts at managing this ticket myself and contacting the Court, David was immediately able to get the attention of the relevant parties. Within weeks, my ticket was completely dismissed! I cannot recommend David and his office enough! After getting two tickets within a month, David reduced my retainer fee on the second ticket as a "returning client" discount. I knew I had made the right choice at that point. David was personally accessible to any and all concerns that I had regarding my tickets. His staff was also very pleasant and extremely diligent in making sure we had everything in place.
