Seth Azria was recommended to me by a friend. I can't say enough about how well I was treated, his responsiveness, and how my case was handled. My first call to him was on 12/22/14 and we met the same day. My first and last date in court was 1/15/15. The outcome was better than I ever expected it could be and would recommend him to anyone.

David Bruffett is an amazing lawyer. I had trouble finding someone in Syracuse who I could trust and who was out for my best interest and not just chasing dollar signs. Azria & Bruffett provided excellent representation for my 89-year old father who was charged with two tickets in Cortland, NY. For a very affordable fee, they were able to obtain dismissal of the moving violation resulting in a very small fine and court costs. I live in another state so this was especially convenient for me to help my dad and they saved me a lot of time. We spoke with an attorney and a paralegal guided my dad and I through the remainder of the process. The firm responded to all of my questions promptly. Highly recommended.

Take it from a Fellow Attorney, Seth Azria is wonderful and gets the job done.

I am an attorney working in the lower Hudson Valley. I had an unfortunate brush with the law on my birthday of all days! which resulted in my receipt of a speeding ticket en-route to a wedding in Buffalo. I'd never had any other infractions on my record and this offense is certainly not an area in which I specialize. I was very upset and worried but immediately upon calling Mr. Azria all of my fears and concerns melted away. Mr. Azria was able to plead my ticket down to a minor violation with no points and a small fee to the Court. Mr. Azria was quick, efficient and responsive. I never had a moment of worry that my case was being neglected. Mr. Azria and his team answered any questions that I had and kept me informed throughout the process. Awesome job

I received a ticket for speeding in Warrensburg, NY for going 20mph above the speed limit - a 4 point and >$200 offense. Mr. Bruffett took the case and had the ticket reduced to a 0 point $150 offense. Great result. I highly recommend his services.

It's been quite a few months, maybe a year since Seth got my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation. After speaking with several attorneys I went with Seth because he was exactly as described in his reviews. He was reachable, returned my calls, answered all my questions (which there were many). After a few weeks he and his staff got back to me with a positive outcome. It cost some money in fees and fines but a few months later my insurance had dropped $800. Wow....I was happy I didn't get a speeding ticket or points taken away so that my insurance wouldn't go up. This was a super bonus!

As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...

David Bruffett resolved Speeding Violation very smartely. I contacted Attorney David receiving a speeding ticket over 100mph in NY, being a NJ driver. David was very professional and very clear on how to handle the issue (had very high points ticket but thanks to David who turned a stressful incident into a quick, easy and painless situation). Within a few months the issue was resolved and we are entirely satisfied with the outcome. I must say that David's help, support and guidance was very professional as well! Very Professional and Trustworthy!

I contacted Azria Law Office after receiving a speed ticket (+24 mph). Pleading guilty would automatically assign me 6 points + fines to the court, and fines to DMV for 3 years. In addition, my insurance premium would increase. Azria Law Office handled my case in a very professional manner. The charges for the law office is also reasonable. Afterwards my case was converted to no point and a fine below $150. I am much relieved now!

Nothing but the best I was involved in horrible tractor trailer accident I almost lost my life I was given 5 tickets in my hospital bed following too close, imprudent speed, passing violation and 2 brakes safety violations mr azria took my case and got 3 of the tickets dismissed and the other 2 reduced to a parking violation all with 0 points mr azria saved my driver licences and career he did all this for a low price please if your in need of a traffic lawyer call Azria and Bruffett they won't let you down

Worth it

Got pulled over for doing 16 miles over the speed limit on my way to Canada. Contacted his law firm and they reduced my ticket to what normally is 4 pts to 0 pts. Paid the fine and retained a clean driving record. Thank you Seth!

Speeding Ticket

I received a speeding ticket doing 80 in a 65 mph zone. I contacted his office, the process was very quick. All contact was by email and very professional. They told you exactly what was going to happen. He got my ticket down to parking on pavement. No points!!! Minimal fine. His fee was very fair, compared to others. I would definitely recommend this firm...
