I had received a speeding ticket a few months ago that would have been 5 points 20 MPH over the speed limit. I had not had a speeding ticket in a very long time and I was hesitant when looking for a lawyer but I saw good reviews about Seth Azria and decided to email him with my information. I received a response within a few hours and his charges were much lower than I was expecting to pay from what I had paid in the past. His staff was very friendly and I was kept well informed as to what was going on. He was able to get it reduced to no points and a very small fine. I was very happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone looking for help with speeding ticket.

I was stopped and was ticketed by a policeman that is affiliated with the Elbridge Town Court on Highway 90, while I was on my way from Syracuse to NYC. The violation that I was cited for had to do with not moving to another lane when I saw a police car stopped on the side lane. I contacted Mr. Seth Azria Esq, a Taffic Ticket attorney, who agreed to take my case before the court in efforts to prevent me from obtaining 2 point and high fine. Speeding Violation Reduced

I incurred a speeding ticket in Syracuse while taking my nephews to Lacrosse Camp. I am from out of town and unknowingly went through a speed trap. I contacted Azria Law Firm once I returned home. I emailed Seth at first with some questions about a legal matter, and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. Instead of trying to sign me up as a client, he got on the phone with me and was straightforward, telling me I didn't actually need a lawyer for my situation, then pointed me toward the right resources. Thank you Seth Azria for getting my traffic ticket dismissed. It was an out of state ticket and I was worried about the consequences. Attorney Azria was very courteous and he allayed all my concerns. THE lawyer you need when dealing with NY State & upstate Cops

TWICE I reached out to Seth when I got speeding tickets in upstate NY about a year apart. The first ticket was reduced significantly so it gave me great confidence to call Seth from the highway when I got the second ticket! 

With each ticket Seth explained what my options and risks were. He delivered exactly what he promised in each event. He really knows the DA's in each county that he had to deal with and was able to get the second ticket which was a monster 6 pointer to ZERO points!  The fact that I did not have to waste time and wages to appear in court was priceless.

I emphatically recommend Seth for anyone with a New York State or an upstate speeding ticket.

I am an attorney working in the lower Hudson Valley. I had an unfortunate brush with the law on my birthday of all days! which resulted in my receipt of a speeding ticket en-route to a wedding in Buffalo.
