My daughter who is a graduate student, was involved in a vehicle accident which left her very shaken. To top it off, she was also issued a ticket. Mr. Azria handled my daughter’s case in a very professional manner and kept both of us informed every step of the way. My daughter’s ticket was reduced to no points, without her ever having to physically go to court. I hired David Bruffett based upon his internet advertisement's claim to relieve my stress over my ticket. He talked me through the options that were available to us as well as giving me an education into the idiosyncrasies of New York traffic law. By the end of the case he had achieved the best outcome possible. While I personally hope to never need his services again I will call him immediately should the need arise and would recommend him to my friends and family if they need the services of a lawyer.

Had 2 tickets that he helped get rid of the points added onto my license. Very helpful and friendly about answering questions on the process. He went in place for me in court and defended. All I had to do was email him information over email (and pay of course).

I highly suggest using this firm, they had my speeding in a work zone from the Town of Geddes (82 in 55) reduced to a non moving violation with $100 fine and $93 surcharge.

I received a four point ticket and googled attorney's to choose who could handle my case, being that I was not local to the county in which I received the Summons.
