Reduced Speeding Ticket

David Bruffet of Azria & Bruffett handled my traffic case and managed to reduce my speeding ticket to a non-moving violation! This resulted in no points on my license and a substantial reduction in payments to the court. They have special promotions for college students so would recommend services for any college student who needs legal representation when it comes to speeding tickets.

David Bruffett resolved serious Speeding Violation very smartely

I contacted Attorney David receiving a speeding ticket over 100mph in NY, being a NJ driver. David was very professional and very clear on how to handle the issue (had very high points ticket but thanks to David who turned a stressful incident into a quick, easy and painless situation). Within a few months the issue was resolved and we are entirely satisfied with the outcome. I must say that David's help, support and guidance was very professional as well! Made the whole process easy

I received a ticket in February. Came across Azria and Bruffett website, and I filled out their online form. After submitting the form I was immediately taken care of. Nothing but the best I was involved in horrible tractor trailer accident I almost lost my life I was given 5 tickets in my hospital bed following too close, imprudent speed, passing violation and 2 brakes safety violations mr azria took my case and got 3 of the tickets dismissed and the other 2 reduced to a parking violation all with 0 points mr azria saved my driver licences and career he did all this for a low price please if your in need of a traffic lawyer call Azria and Bruffett they won't let you down

For a very affordable fee, they were able to obtain dismissal of the moving violation resulting in a very small fine and court costs. fter 6 years of obeying the speed limit (or rather, not getting caught), my luck ran out and I was stopped for a 74/55. I called David and he immediately remembered me from 6 years ago and was happy to help me out again! I was impressed yet again, both with his professionalism , communication, and expedience (also impressed that the rate was not much more). After many failed attempts at managing this ticket myself and contacting the Court, David was immediately able to get the attention of the relevant parties. Within weeks, my ticket was completely dismissed! I cannot recommend David and his office enough! Although I would rather not need to seek this kind of counsel, I am sure I will be calling him back next time I find myself seeing blue in my rear view. Thanks David!

After getting two tickets within a month, David reduced my retainer fee on the second ticket as a "returning client" discount. I knew I had made the right choice at that point. David was personally accessible to any and all concerns that I had regarding my tickets. His staff was also very pleasant and extremely diligent in making sure we had everything in place. David was successful in negotiating what could have been a total of 8+ points between two tickets down to only 2 points. I will refer David to all of my NY friends as my experience made the best out of an otherwise unfortunate situation.

Drivers License Revocation

Recently I lost my drivers license due to receiving multiple tickets in a six month period. Along with that I had a misdemeanor and some other points on my license record. I had received a notice from dmv and was going to have to be without my drivers license for 2 years. I got in contact with Seth Azria at the Azria Law Office to see if there was anything at all I could do about my predicament. Seth Azria worked on my case and within a short amount of time I got a notice in the mail from dmv saying that the revocation order for my license has been rescinded. Ticket resolution

Mr. Seth Azria handled my case competently and efficiently. I did not have to appear in court, which made the entire process really painless. He was successful in negotiating a reduction of a speeding ticket to a no-point non-moving violation, for which I am truly grateful. Even though I had a very good record prior to the event, that ticket would have impacted my finances quite negatively. Thanks to Mr. Azria this did not happen.

Professional and reliable, highly recommended

After receiving a ticket upstate NY, I contacted Seth's firm based on the great reviews on this board and was really happy that I made this choice.

Seth explained the possible outcome in my case when I first called him and managed to achieve exactly what he told me, which shows that he is experienced and knowledgeable in his area of practice. He successfully negotiated with a DA a reduction of charges from a 6 point speeding to a non-speeding violation without me having to appear in court in person.

Seth is a good lawyer

Seth and his team helped me out with a speeding ticket I got in Cortland. He was professional and courteous. I spoke with him with-in a hour of leaving a message with his office. All future correspondence was via email, but he was available by phone. I worked with one of his staff members as well. My 31 mph over limit (6 pts) was reduced to non-speeding 2 pts fine. I highly recommend Seth and the Azria Law Firm.
