I highly recommend Azria & Bruffett Law Firm for their professional service handling traffic tickets. I got my first speeding ticket in October 2021 after driving in US for 8 years. Since I never had an experience dealing with traffic ticket before, I have no clue how to proceed the next steps. After asking for opinions from friends, I decided to ask for professional help because speeding ticket highly depends on states and there is no universal answer. After reading other people's review about Azria & Bruffett Law Firm, I decided to use their service to handle my case. I followed their step by step protocol to provide information and the firm would work with clients swiftly and closely and negotiate best interest. What A Find!

I received a four point ticket and googled attorney's to choose who could handle my case, being that I was not local to the county in which I received the Summons. I found Seth Azria's Law firm and read the testimonials. I liked what I read and reached out to him. After retaining his services, I found the testimonials to be spot on. My ticket was reduced to a non point, non moving violation. Later on my son received the same type ticket with the same outcome. Very pleased with the services that he provided.

Reduced Speeding Ticket

David Bruffet of Azria & Bruffett handled my traffic case and managed to reduce my speeding ticket to a non-moving violation! This resulted in no points on my license and a substantial reduction in payments to the court. They have special promotions for college students so would recommend services for any college student who needs legal representation when it comes to speeding tickets.

Justice for Traffic Violations

I was wrongly issued a ticket by a police officer who made a snap decision that was incorrect. I contacted Seth for help. He wanted to know the nature of the violation and my side of the story. He then told me to sit back as he would take on the matter for me. He updated me regularly as he communicated with the court, and eventually resolved the matter for me. His fee was reasonable and the results were excellent. I highly recommend him.

Awesome job

I received a ticket for speeding in Warrensburg, NY for going 20mph above the speed limit - a 4 point and >$200 offense. Mr. Bruffett took the case and had the ticket reduced to a 0 point $150 offense. Great result. I highly recommend his services.

Very Quick and Easy!

I called Mr. Azria due to a speeding ticket in another county. He gave me a price quote upfront and within a few days had gotten my 4 point offense reduced to a non-moving violation. All in all I only had to email him the ticket information and pay him a very reasonable fee(which I was able to do online). He did the rest, very convenient. He was very quick to respond to me and readily available if needed. Mr Azria also contacted me with updates via both email and regular mail. Take it from a Fellow Attorney, Seth Azria is wonderful and gets the job done.

I am an attorney working in the lower Hudson Valley. I had an unfortunate brush with the law on my birthday of all days! which resulted in my receipt of a speeding ticket en-route to a wedding in Buffalo. I'd never had any other infractions on my record and this offense is certainly not an area in which I specialize. I was very upset and worried but immediately upon calling Mr. Azria all of my fears and concerns melted away. Good, timely results

I was kept informed of the process throughout the one, one and half months it took to get my speeding ticket resolved. They were able to bring it down to a no points moving violation and it was all done without any hiccups.

Very Professional and Trustworthy!

I contacted Azria Law Office after receiving a speed ticket (+24 mph). Pleading guilty would automatically assign me 6 points + fines to the court, and fines to DMV for 3 years. In addition, my insurance premium would increase. Azria Law Office handled my case in a very professional manner. The charges for the law office is also reasonable. Afterwards my case was converted to no point and a fine below $150. I am much relieved now!

Seth and his team helped me out with a speeding ticket I got in Cortland. He was professional and courteous. I spoke with him with-in a hour of leaving a message with his office. All future correspondence was via email, but he was available by phone. I worked with one of his staff members as well. My 31 mph over limit (6 pts) was reduced to non-speeding 2 pts fine. Mr. Bruffett was very extremely knowledgeable about handling my speeding ticket. I did not know whom he was, he took my phone call personally and then had my ticket dismissed. The fact that he spoke with me personally made me feel very comfortable. His paralegal always handled my questions promptly and courteously. THE lawyer you need when dealing with NY State & upstate Cops

TWICE I reached out to Seth when I got speeding tickets in upstate NY about a year apart. The first ticket was reduced significantly so it gave me great confidence to call Seth from the highway when I got the second ticket! 

With each ticket Seth explained what my options and risks were. He delivered exactly what he promised in each event. He really knows the DA's in each county that he had to deal with and was able to get the second ticket which was a monster 6 pointer to ZERO points!  The fact that I did not have to waste time and wages to appear in court was priceless.

I emphatically recommend Seth for anyone with a New York State or an upstate speeding ticket.
