What A Find!

I received a four point ticket and googled attorney's to choose who could handle my case, being that I was not local to the county in which I received the Summons. I found Seth Azria's Law firm and read the testimonials. I liked what I read and reached out to him. After retaining his services, I found the testimonials to be spot on. My ticket was reduced to a non point, non moving violation. Later on my son received the same type ticket with the same outcome. Very pleased with the services that he provided.

Speeding Violation Reduced

I incurred a speeding ticket in Syracuse while taking my nephews to Lacrosse Camp. I am from out of town and unknowingly went through a speed trap. I contacted Azria Law Firm once I returned home. They were extremely professional, courteous and prompt with all information, explanations of the legal procedure and with answers to all of my questions. It has been just over 30 days and my violation and fine have been reduced. I am very pleased and recommend the firm highly. They are reasonably priced and successfully resolved my case. In my profession, I work with lawyers all the time. I wish they were all as communicative and diligent as Seth and his staff.

Being from out of state, I was happy to find a law firm that was so easy to work with. They were able to get my ticket reduced and they did all the leg work for me. Azria & Bruffett did a very professional and effective job of dealing with my (out of state) speeding ticket in upstate NY. I was going 75 in a 65 which means multiple points along with a hefty fine. Ralph Habib was able to reduce the magnitude of my ticket down to a no points, non-moving violation. The paralegal Monica coordinated all of the communications and made it a very easy process for me. Fees were reasonable and competitive with other firms I shopped around at. I would recommend them to anyone else facing ticket issues as well.

Ticket resolution

Mr. Seth Azria handled my case competently and efficiently. I did not have to appear in court, which made the entire process really painless. He was successful in negotiating a reduction of a speeding ticket to a no-point non-moving violation, for which I am truly grateful. Even though I had a very good record prior to the event, that ticket would have impacted my finances quite negatively. Thanks to Mr. Azria this did not happen.

Happy with the Service

I was coming back home (Canada) when I got pulled over for doing 81 in 65 zone. I had no clue as in what to do. If I would've just simply paid the fine I would've lost 3 points in Canada on my license. So I googled lawyer and Seth's name came up. Contacted him and he advised me how he will pursue this ticket and what would be the likely outcome of it. What he said come out to be exactly that. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. I WILL RECOMMEND HIM.

Best Lawyer in Syracuse!

I found Mr. Bruffett after calling several lawyers in Syracuse. I had 6 outstanding tickets that I completely blew off and forgot about until I was arrested in NYC over a suspended license. Mr. Bruffett was able to get ALL of my tickets reduced with NO POINTS and he also got 2 tickets dismissed. When I first met him, it was the most pleasant experience one could ask for. He's one of the few lawyers who actually cares about YOU and not your money. He quoted me an extremely reasonable amount for all 6 tickets. I never had to step foot into a court room and he has a great relationship with the DA and he was able to work something out that was in my best interest. I feel a huge relief knowing all of my tickets are over with, and I could not thank Mr. Bruffett enough. He also gave me his personal phone number and I was able to text and call him whenever I needed him. Before I even retained him, I had a question and texted him and he called me and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. David Bruffett and his firm Azria & Bruffett. THE lawyer you need when dealing with NY State & upstate Cops

TWICE I reached out to Seth when I got speeding tickets in upstate NY about a year apart. The first ticket was reduced significantly so it gave me great confidence to call Seth from the highway when I got the second ticket! 

With each ticket Seth explained what my options and risks were. He delivered exactly what he promised in each event. He really knows the DA's in each county that he had to deal with and was able to get the second ticket which was a monster 6 pointer to ZERO points!  The fact that I did not have to waste time and wages to appear in court was priceless.

I emphatically recommend Seth for anyone with a New York State or an upstate speeding ticket.

Do not hesitate to hire him!

Me and a friend got in legal trouble in a town about 4 hours away from where we live. The charge was very threatening, and we expected to be dealing with it for months with little hope that it would go in our favor. We ended up having all of the charges dropped in the first appearance within about 40 minutes. Words cannot describe how much weight has been lifted off of our shoulders at a very modest price. David Bruffett is an amazing lawyer. I had trouble finding someone in Syracuse who I could trust and who was out for my best interest and not just chasing dollar signs. Great Results

I had received a speeding ticket a few months ago that would have been 5 points 20 MPH over the speed limit. I had not had a speeding ticket in a very long time and I was hesitant when looking for a lawyer but I saw good reviews about Seth Azria and decided to email him with my information. I received a response within a few hours and his charges were much lower than I was expecting to pay from what I had paid in the past. His staff was very friendly and I was kept well informed as to what was going on. He was able to get it reduced to no points and a very small fine. I was very happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone looking for help with speeding ticket.
