As a a 60 year old physician I am semi-retired and my wife and I travel the country to do work in my specialty at places that are shorthanded. Since I only work about 1/3 of the year we have time to drive to these places. Recently I was stopped on a highway in NY. I haven't had a speeding ticket since I was in my twenties. The officer said I was doing 81 in a 65 MPH zone (my reading 76 while trying to pass a slow moving vehicle with a line of cars behind me trying to get by me as well). I read the reviews and chose Attorney Azria.

The office staff was pleasant and efficient, and put me right through to Attorney Azria. He explained the process with perfect clarity and went to work. Although he explained the process could take 4-6 weeks he resolved the issue in 10 days, reducing the violation to a non-moving violation with a small fee and no points. His price was more than fair.

I've been lucky enough as a physician to have never been sued but doctors by nature do not have an affinity for lawyers. However, if you find yourself in need of one, it is hard to imagine someone better at their job than Attorney Azria. Thank you sir. If I could give you 6 stars out of 5 I would.

I had a speeding ticket in NY state in may. I was within 20-30 miles over the limit and it would have been 6 demerit points in NY state. After checking lawyer reviews in google and talking to few firms, I decided to go with Seth. He was very prompt in answering all my questions before I signed up with him and also after that. Worth it

Got pulled over for doing 16 miles over the speed limit on my way to Canada. Contacted his law firm and they reduced my ticket to what normally is 4 pts to 0 pts. Paid the fine and retained a clean driving record. Thank you Seth!

Seth Azria was recommended to me by a friend. I can't say enough about how well I was treated, his responsiveness, and how my case was handled. Worth Hiring

Speeding Ticket Dismissal

I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. Thank you Seth Azria for getting my traffic ticket dismissed. It was an out of state ticket and I was worried about the consequences. Attorney Azria was very courteous and he allayed all my concerns. He promised me to try his best to reduce the number of points. However, he was able to get the ticket dismissed. Its a classic case of under promise and over deliver.

Good, timely results

I was kept informed of the process throughout the one, one and half months it took to get my speeding ticket resolved. They were able to bring it down to a no points moving violation and it was all done without any hiccups.

Mr. Azria - high professionalism

I worked with Mr. Azria for a speeding tickets that we got close to the Canadian border while in NY state (+25 miles vs speed limit). 
The process went very smoothly and his professionalism saved me a lot of money and also a lots of point on my driving record.

Seth and his team helped me out with a speeding ticket I got in Cortland. He was professional and courteous. I spoke with him with-in a hour of leaving a message with his office. All future correspondence was via email, but he was available by phone. I worked with one of his staff members as well. My 31 mph over limit (6 pts) was reduced to non-speeding 2 pts fine.
