Seth Azria was recommended to me by a friend. I can't say enough about how well I was treated, his responsiveness, and how my case was handled. My first call to him was on 12/22/14 and we met the same day. My first and last date in court was 1/15/15. The outcome was better than I ever expected it could be and would recommend him to anyone.

David and his office did a great job in getting two speeding violations both over 25 reduced. They are very professional and although they make no guarantees after speaking with David I was confident a reduction was possible.

Over Speeding Ticket

I would recommend Attorney David. They helped me have my speeding ticket withdrawn and even if the program they got me into had stopped after my application they got me a waiver. I also got my program fee refunded. Initially I was too worried as most other websites I visited while researching started following me up which I did not like. David's team was quite professional. My only suggestion is they should have a pre set next action steps format sent to their clients so that most questions get answered automatically

Best attorney in Upstate NY

Making this short and simple: I had over 15 traffic infractions/violations for driving without a license, speeding and among other serious infractions. Needless to say , Ralph took care of this all for me and I ended up just paying fines for the traffic tickets - Also , I'm a licensed driver now!

Thank you Seth Azria for getting my traffic ticket dismissed. It was an out of state ticket and I was worried about the consequences. Attorney Azria was very courteous and he allayed all my concerns. He promised me to try his best to reduce the number of points. However, he was able to get the ticket dismissed. Its a classic case of under promise and over deliver.

Best Lawyer in Syracuse!

I found Mr. Bruffett after calling several lawyers in Syracuse. I had 6 outstanding tickets that I completely blew off and forgot about until I was arrested in NYC over a suspended license. Mr. Bruffett was able to get ALL of my tickets reduced with NO POINTS and he also got 2 tickets dismissed. When I first met him, it was the most pleasant experience one could ask for. He's one of the few lawyers who actually cares about YOU and not your money. He quoted me an extremely reasonable amount for all 6 tickets. I never had to step foot into a court room and he has a great relationship with the DA and he was able to work something out that was in my best interest. I feel a huge relief knowing all of my tickets are over with, and I could not thank Mr. Bruffett enough. He also gave me his personal phone number and I was able to text and call him whenever I needed him. Before I even retained him, I had a question and texted him and he called me and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. David Bruffett and his firm Azria & Bruffett. Thank you for everything David, and although I hope I never have to retain you again, if anything should ever happen, you'll be the first person I go to.

I am a truck driver and I was involved in an accident and was charged with a speeding ticket, which carries a penalty of 3 points. I received a ticket for speeding in Warrensburg, NY for going 20mph above the speed limit - a 4 point and >$200 offense. Mr. Bruffett took the case and had the ticket reduced to a 0 point $150 offense. Great result. I highly recommend his services.

For a very affordable fee, they were able to obtain dismissal of the moving violation resulting in a very small fine and court costs. Atty Azria explained my real situation and my real choices to me with regard to a moving violation charge in central new york. He then worked to reduce the charges to a no-point non-moving violation. I am extremely happy with these results and would very strongly recommend his firm to everyone.

It's been quite a few months, maybe a year since Seth got my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation. After speaking with several attorneys I went with Seth because he was exactly as described in his reviews. He was reachable, returned my calls, answered all my questions (which there were many). After a few weeks he and his staff got back to me with a positive outcome. It cost some money in fees and fines but a few months later my insurance had dropped $800. Wow....I was happy I didn't get a speeding ticket or points taken away so that my insurance wouldn't go up. This was a super bonus!

I am an attorney working in the lower Hudson Valley. I had an unfortunate brush with the law on my birthday of all days! which resulted in my receipt of a speeding ticket en-route to a wedding in Buffalo. I'd never had any other infractions on my record and this offense is certainly not an area in which I specialize. I was very upset and worried but immediately upon calling Mr. Azria all of my fears and concerns melted away. Got a speeding ticket doing 80 in a 65 while on the way to drop my cousin to RIT upstate. Found this firm online, spoke to Ralph & worked with Monica. Amazing lawyer! 21mph over in a school zone turned into a small parking violation with a small fee and no points on my license.

Excellent lawyer

I hired David Bruffett based upon his internet advertisement's claim to relieve my stress over my ticket. He talked me through the options that were available to us as well as giving me an education into the idiosyncrasies of New York traffic law. By the end of the case he had achieved the best outcome possible. While I personally hope to never need his services again I will call him immediately should the need arise and would recommend him to my friends and family if they need the services of a lawyer.
