I was entirely satisfied with the representation I received from Azria and Bruffett. In May 2018, I received two tickets for failing to stop adequately at a stop sign (the officer said it was a "rolling stop") and failure to signal more than 100 ft. before a turn. I had never had a moving violation in 20+ years of driving, and I was now suddenly facing 5 points and the possibility of a hefty fine! Azria and Bruffett were able to get the charges reduced to a non-moving violation with no points and a minimal fine. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to someone who is concerned about avoiding points and black marks on their driving record.

I received a speeding ticket going around a truck that ice was flying off the back. I contacted A&B ( Ralph, Seth, Shannon) and they were able to get the fine reduced to no points. I would definitely recommend.

I look at myself as a very successful person in life. But I am nothing if I can't provide for your family. I was heading down that path with two speeding tickets to my name with very high points. I contacted Azria Law Office after receiving a speed ticket (+24 mph). Pleading guilty would automatically assign me 6 points + fines to the court, and fines to DMV for 3 years. In addition, my insurance premium would increase. Azria Law Office handled my case in a very professional manner. The charges for the law office is also reasonable. Afterwards my case was converted to no point and a fine below $150. I am much relieved now!

I received a speeding ticket doing 80 in a 65 mph zone. I contacted his office, the process was very quick. All contact was by email and very professional. They told you exactly what was going to happen. He got my ticket down to parking on pavement. No points!!! Minimal fine. His fee was very fair, compared to others. I would definitely recommend this firm...

Thank you Seth Azria for getting my traffic ticket dismissed. It was an out of state ticket and I was worried about the consequences. Attorney Azria was very courteous and he allayed all my concerns. He promised me to try his best to reduce the number of points. However, he was able to get the ticket dismissed. Its a classic case of under promise and over deliver.

From the first phone conversation with Seth in regard to my ticket for allegedly operating an electronic device I knew I had the right attorney. I hired David Bruffett based upon his internet advertisement's claim to relieve my stress over my ticket. He talked me through the options that were available to us as well as giving me an education into the idiosyncrasies of New York traffic law.
