Excellent experience with this law firm from Syracuse. Mr. Seth Azria Esq. handled my speeding ticket in Watertown, NY with no problem for a reasonable $ 250 fee and saved me a plethora of points and high insurance rates. It was difficult to be a tourist with an out of state license plate on a rental car and not being familiar with local speed traps of 30 mph.... I would use the Azria & Bruffett Law Firm again in a minute if I ever get another ticket in NY. It is especially handy that they will take credit cards over the phone or online. Some firms I checked with required cash and I had already left the state.

He then told me to sit back as he would take on the matter for me. He updated me regularly as he communicated with the court, and eventually resolved the matter for me. Seth was able to reduce my 6 point speeding ticket to 0 points with a small fine. His office was responsive and kept me up to date. I did not have to appear in court, they pretty much took care of everything.

I contacted Azria Law Office after receiving a speed ticket (+24 mph). Pleading guilty would automatically assign me 6 points + fines to the court, and fines to DMV for 3 years. fter 6 years of obeying the speed limit (or rather, not getting caught), my luck ran out and I was stopped for a 74/55. I called David and he immediately remembered me from 6 years ago and was happy to help me out again! I was impressed yet again, both with his professionalism , communication, and expedience (also impressed that the rate was not much more). After many failed attempts at managing this ticket myself and contacting the Court, David was immediately able to get the attention of the relevant parties. Within weeks, my ticket was completely dismissed! I cannot recommend David and his office enough! After getting two tickets within a month, David reduced my retainer fee on the second ticket as a "returning client" discount. I knew I had made the right choice at that point.
