Best Lawyer in upstate. i got pulled over by state troopers on the way to Ithaca for speeding over 30+ speed limit. I contacted Seth Azria, and that was the best thing i did. They were able to put me in a program and bang, case dismissed with no point or fee penalties. Thank you so much. I will recommend it to anyone!!

I am from Boston Mass and did not have to travel outside my state to hire attorney azria i was able to paid his fee with my credit card, and did not have to go to court or anything he was able to get everything resolve and they kept me informed at all time in the process can said enough about their services i am very pleased with the overall service, and i will definitely recommend them.

I contacted Azria Law Office after receiving a speed ticket (+24 mph). Pleading guilty would automatically assign me 6 points + fines to the court, and fines to DMV for 3 years. In addition, my insurance premium would increase. Azria Law Office handled my case in a very professional manner. The charges for the law office is also reasonable. Afterwards my case was converted to no point and a fine below $150. I am much relieved now!

I was entirely satisfied with the representation I received from Azria and Bruffett. In May 2018, I received two tickets for failing to stop adequately at a stop sign (the officer said it was a "rolling stop") and failure to signal more than 100 ft. before a turn. I had never had a moving violation in 20+ years of driving, and I was now suddenly facing 5 points and the possibility of a hefty fine! Azria and Bruffett were able to get the charges reduced to a non-moving violation with no points and a minimal fine. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to someone who is concerned about avoiding points and black marks on their driving record.

Atty Azria explained my real situation and my real choices to me with regard to a moving violation charge in central new york. He then worked to reduce the charges to a no-point non-moving violation. I am extremely happy with these results and would very strongly recommend his firm to everyone.

I highly recommend this law firm. They took care of a speeding ticket I received in Liverpool quickly and easily without needing much at all from me which is huge being a full time working mom. I hired David Bruffett based upon his internet advertisement's claim to relieve my stress over my ticket. He talked me through the options that were available to us as well as giving me an education into the idiosyncrasies of New York traffic law. By the end of the case he had achieved the best outcome possible. While I personally hope to never need his services again I will call him immediately should the need arise and would recommend him to my friends and family if they need the services of a lawyer.

As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc...
