Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness

I was stopped by a NY state trooper for speeding on my way back to Canada right before the border crossing on I-81 in Mar. 2020. (Please be mindful about the signs of reducing speed. I didn't slow down quick enough). It was the first time I was stopped by a cop and I had no idea what I should do about this ticket. I searched on Google and decided to contact Mr. Azria. He was very nice to talk to and clarified all the questions I had regarding the ticket. In the end I did the online traffic safety training by Jefferson County. Mr. Azria helped me organize my correspondence with the DA and the court all the way through. I was quite fortunate to find him to fight the ticket for me. He and his assistant was very professional and knowledgeable. My charge was reduced to "failed to signal" and 2 points deduction. I appreciate the advice and help from Mr. Azria.

My experience with Seth Azria

I had multiple traffic tickets that included two misdemeanors, speeding, seat belt, expired inspection you name it I had it. Seth was very proficient, effective beyond my expectations, always returned my calls and kept me notified. I know almost nothing related to the law and he was was capable of explaining things in "normal English." I highly recommend him to anyone. On a 5 star scoring system, I rate him as a 10. Justice for Traffic Violations

I was wrongly issued a ticket by a police officer who made a snap decision that was incorrect. I contacted Seth for help. He wanted to know the nature of the violation and my side of the story. He then told me to sit back as he would take on the matter for me. He updated me regularly as he communicated with the court, and eventually resolved the matter for me. His fee was reasonable and the results were excellent. I highly recommend him.

I incurred a speeding ticket in Syracuse while taking my nephews to Lacrosse Camp. I am from out of town and unknowingly went through a speed trap. I contacted Azria Law Firm once I returned home. THE lawyer you need when dealing with NY State & upstate Cops

TWICE I reached out to Seth when I got speeding tickets in upstate NY about a year apart. The first ticket was reduced significantly so it gave me great confidence to call Seth from the highway when I got the second ticket! 

With each ticket Seth explained what my options and risks were. He delivered exactly what he promised in each event. He really knows the DA's in each county that he had to deal with and was able to get the second ticket which was a monster 6 pointer to ZERO points!  The fact that I did not have to waste time and wages to appear in court was priceless.

As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...
