Drivers License Revocation

Recently I lost my drivers license due to receiving multiple tickets in a six month period. Along with that I had a misdemeanor and some other points on my license record. I had received a notice from dmv and was going to have to be without my drivers license for 2 years. I got in contact with Seth Azria at the Azria Law Office to see if there was anything at all I could do about my predicament. Seth Azria worked on my case and within a short amount of time I got a notice in the mail from dmv saying that the revocation order for my license has been rescinded. I would highly recommend the Azria law firm to anyone who is in need of legal assistance. Very easy to work with as well.

I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. Great Attorney!

My Husband and I received 3 moving violations between the 2 of us, within a month. All were reduced to 0 point non moving violations. I was stopped by a NY state trooper for speeding on my way back to Canada right before the border crossing on I-81 in Mar. 2020. (Please be mindful about the signs of reducing speed. I didn't slow down quick enough). It was the first time I was stopped by a cop and I had no idea what I should do about this ticket. I searched on Google and decided to contact Mr. Azria. He was very nice to talk to and clarified all the questions I had regarding the ticket. In the end I did the online traffic safety training by Jefferson County. Mr. Azria helped me organize my correspondence with the DA and the court all the way through. I was quite fortunate to find him to fight the ticket for me. He and his assistant was very professional and knowledgeable. My charge was reduced to "failed to signal" and 2 points deduction. I appreciate the advice and help from Mr. Azria.
