I highly suggest using this firm, they had my speeding in a work zone from the Town of Geddes (82 in 55) reduced to a non moving violation with $100 fine and $93 surcharge.

Best attorney in Upstate NY

Making this short and simple: I had over 15 traffic infractions/violations for driving without a license, speeding and among other serious infractions. Needless to say , Ralph took care of this all for me and I ended up just paying fines for the traffic tickets - Also , I'm a licensed driver now!

David Bruffett resolved Speeding Violation very smartely. I contacted Attorney David receiving a speeding ticket over 100mph in NY, being a NJ driver. David was very professional and very clear on how to handle the issue (had very high points ticket but thanks to David who turned a stressful incident into a quick, easy and painless situation). I live just shy of NYC and got a traffic ticket in this law firms jurisdiction while upstate for a wedding. Traveling several hours north to attend traffic court wasn't something that was possible for me with my hectic work schedule in healthcare. Mr. Azria did a great job handled my speeding ticket! All it took was a quick telephone call and he took care of everything. He got my charge (and fine) reduced and I did not have to appear in court. Everything was handled via telephone & email.

Azria & Bruffett did a very professional and effective job of dealing with my (out of state) speeding ticket in upstate NY. I was going 75 in a 65 which means multiple points along with a hefty fine. Ralph Habib was able to reduce the magnitude of my ticket down to a no points, non-moving violation. The paralegal Monica coordinated all of the communications and made it a very easy process for me. Fees were reasonable and competitive with other firms I shopped around at. I would recommend them to anyone else facing ticket issues as well.

Happy with the Service

I was coming back home (Canada) when I got pulled over for doing 81 in 65 zone. I had no clue as in what to do. If I would've just simply paid the fine I would've lost 3 points in Canada on my license. So I googled lawyer and Seth's name came up. Contacted him and he advised me how he will pursue this ticket and what would be the likely outcome of it. What he said come out to be exactly that. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. I WILL RECOMMEND HIM.

Speeding Ticket Dismissal

I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. Once again David Bruffett was able to help my husband with a speeding ticket. He was able to reduce his 2 point speeding ticket to ZERO points/ min moving violation. This was important since he had gotten a speeding ticket on The NYS Thruway a couple years ago & Azria & Bruffett Law Firm handle everything for us and kept us informed by email so that We did not have to travel back to Albany from our home in Rochester. As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...
