He then told me to sit back as he would take on the matter for me. He updated me regularly as he communicated with the court, and eventually resolved the matter for me. I was stopped and was ticketed by a policeman that is affiliated with the Elbridge Town Court on Highway 90, while I was on my way from Syracuse to NYC. The violation that I was cited for had to do with not moving to another lane when I saw a police car stopped on the side lane. Recently I lost my drivers license due to receiving multiple tickets in a six month period. Along with that I had a misdemeanor and some other points on my license record. I want to thank the judge and my lawyer for getting my ticket dismissed. my mentally handicapped son called me and i was worried and answered my phone as many times the police have had to respond to his home. I explained it to a policeman when i was pulled over that i thought it was an emergency and hung up immediately when it wasn't. i received a ticket from the police which i plead not guilty to because i have a clean unblemished driving record and i'm 62. thankfully it was dismissed. i strongly recommend this lawyer firm it real was a mess without them.
