I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. I am from Boston Mass and did not have to travel outside my state to hire attorney azria i was able to paid his fee with my credit card, and did not have to go to court or anything he was able to get everything resolve and they kept me informed at all time in the process can said enough about their services i am very pleased with the overall service, and i will definitely recommend them.

I was stopped by a NY state trooper for speeding on my way back to Canada right before the border crossing on I-81 in Mar. 2020. (Please be mindful about the signs of reducing speed. I didn't slow down quick enough). It was the first time I was stopped by a cop and I had no idea what I should do about this ticket. I searched on Google and decided to contact Mr. Azria. He was very nice to talk to and clarified all the questions I had regarding the ticket. In the end I did the online traffic safety training by Jefferson County. Mr. Azria helped me organize my correspondence with the DA and the court all the way through. I was quite fortunate to find him to fight the ticket for me. He and his assistant was very professional and knowledgeable. My charge was reduced to "failed to signal" and 2 points deduction. I appreciate the advice and help from Mr. Azria.

I highly recommend this law firm. They took care of a speeding ticket I received in Liverpool quickly and easily without needing much at all from me which is huge being a full time working mom. They saved me money in insurance increases, points on my license, and my peace of mind. As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...

Once again David Bruffett was able to help my husband with a speeding ticket. He was able to reduce his 2 point speeding ticket to ZERO points/ min moving violation. This was important since he had gotten a speeding ticket on The NYS Thruway a couple years ago & Azria & Bruffett Law Firm handle everything for us and kept us informed by email so that We did not have to travel back to Albany from our home in Rochester. Mr. Seth Azria handled my case competently and efficiently. I did not have to appear in court, which made the entire process really painless. He was successful in negotiating a reduction of a speeding ticket to a no-point non-moving violation, for which I am truly grateful. Fantastic to work with, he was able to take my cell phone ticket worth a possible 5 points and bring it down to a muffler violation worth 0 points. Could not be happier with the service provided and how quick and easy everything was, once I answered a few questions everything else was taken care of for me! Extremely reasonable price, especially considering all I will be saving not having to pay extra on my insurance!

They were able to reduce 11 points down to nothing and I didn’t have to pay as much as I thought. I would definitely recommend them, as well as utilize their services again.
