I had received a speeding ticket a few months ago that would have been 5 points 20 MPH over the speed limit. I had not had a speeding ticket in a very long time and I was hesitant when looking for a lawyer but I saw good reviews about Seth Azria and decided to email him with my information. I received a response within a few hours and his charges were much lower than I was expecting to pay from what I had paid in the past. His staff was very friendly and I was kept well informed as to what was going on. He was able to get it reduced to no points and a very small fine. I was very happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone looking for help with speeding ticket.

Excellent experience with this law firm from Syracuse. Mr. Seth Azria Esq. handled my speeding ticket in Watertown, NY with no problem for a reasonable $ 250 fee and saved me a plethora of points and high insurance rates. It was difficult to be a tourist with an out of state license plate on a rental car and not being familiar with local speed traps of 30 mph.... I would use the Azria & Bruffett Law Firm again in a minute if I ever get another ticket in NY. It is especially handy that they will take credit cards over the phone or online. Some firms I checked with required cash and I had already left the state.

I hired David Bruffett based upon his internet advertisement's claim to relieve my stress over my ticket. He talked me through the options that were available to us as well as giving me an education into the idiosyncrasies of New York traffic law. By the end of the case he had achieved the best outcome possible. While I personally hope to never need his services again I will call him immediately should the need arise and would recommend him to my friends and family if they need the services of a lawyer.

I called Mr. Azria due to a speeding ticket in another county. He gave me a price quote upfront and within a few days had gotten my 4 point offense reduced to a non-moving violation. All in all I only had to email him the ticket information and pay him a very reasonable fee(which I was able to do online). He did the rest, very convenient. I received a speeding ticket doing 80 in a 65 mph zone. I contacted his office, the process was very quick. All contact was by email and very professional. They told you exactly what was going to happen. He got my ticket down to parking on pavement. No points!!! Minimal fine. His fee was very fair, compared to others. As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc...

Excellent job on reducing points from speeding ticket. The case was dismissed with minimal court fine. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend A&B firm for traffic related court matters.

Azria & Bruffett did a very professional and effective job of dealing with my (out of state) speeding ticket in upstate NY. I was going 75 in a 65 which means multiple points along with a hefty fine. Ralph Habib was able to reduce the magnitude of my ticket down to a no points, non-moving violation. The paralegal Monica coordinated all of the communications and made it a very easy process for me. Fees were reasonable and competitive with other firms I shopped around at. I would recommend them to anyone else facing ticket issues as well.
