As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...

As a a 60 year old physician I am semi-retired and my wife and I travel the country to do work in my specialty at places that are shorthanded. Since I only work about 1/3 of the year we have time to drive to these places. Recently I was stopped on a highway in NY. I haven't had a speeding ticket since I was in my twenties. The officer said I was doing 81 in a 65 MPH zone (my reading 76 while trying to pass a slow moving vehicle with a line of cars behind me trying to get by me as well). I read the reviews and chose Attorney Azria.

The office staff was pleasant and efficient, and put me right through to Attorney Azria. He explained the process with perfect clarity and went to work. Although he explained the process could take 4-6 weeks he resolved the issue in 10 days, reducing the violation to a non-moving violation with a small fee and no points. His price was more than fair.

I've been lucky enough as a physician to have never been sued but doctors by nature do not have an affinity for lawyers. However, if you find yourself in need of one, it is hard to imagine someone better at their job than Attorney Azria. Thank you sir. If I could give you 6 stars out of 5 I would.

David Bruffett resolved Speeding Violation very smartely. I contacted Attorney David receiving a speeding ticket over 100mph in NY, being a NJ driver. David was very professional and very clear on how to handle the issue (had very high points ticket but thanks to David who turned a stressful incident into a quick, easy and painless situation). I called Mr. Azria due to a speeding ticket in another county. He gave me a price quote upfront and within a few days had gotten my 4 point offense reduced to a non-moving violation. All in all I only had to email him the ticket information and pay him a very reasonable fee(which I was able to do online). He did the rest, very convenient. I received a ticket in February. Came across Azria and Bruffett website, and I filled out their online form. After submitting the form I was immediately taken care of. Throughout the entire process I emailed for updates and they got back to me quickly. My ticket was finally dismissed. They were fantastic. I hired Azria and Bruffet to help with a hefty speeding ticket I received in Cortlandville NY. I'll admit I was hesitant as it was my first time hiring someone to handle a ticket for me but I was at risk of losing my license and paying thousands in fines. Me and a friend got in legal trouble in a town about 4 hours away from where we live.
