Drivers License Revocation

Recently I lost my drivers license due to receiving multiple tickets in a six month period. Along with that I had a misdemeanor and some other points on my license record. I had received a notice from dmv and was going to have to be without my drivers license for 2 years. I got in contact with Seth Azria at the Azria Law Office to see if there was anything at all I could do about my predicament. Seth Azria worked on my case and within a short amount of time I got a notice in the mail from dmv saying that the revocation order for my license has been rescinded. Azria & Bruffett provided excellent representation for my 89-year old father who was charged with two tickets in Cortland, NY. For a very affordable fee, they were able to obtain dismissal of the moving violation resulting in a very small fine and court costs. I was stopped and was ticketed by a policeman that is affiliated with the Elbridge Town Court on Highway 90, while I was on my way from Syracuse to NYC. The violation that I was cited for had to do with not moving to another lane when I saw a police car stopped on the side lane. Worth it

Got pulled over for doing 16 miles over the speed limit on my way to Canada. Contacted his law firm and they reduced my ticket to what normally is 4 pts to 0 pts. Paid the fine and retained a clean driving record. Thank you Seth!

I was entirely satisfied with the representation I received from Azria and Bruffett. In May 2018, I received two tickets for failing to stop adequately at a stop sign (the officer said it was a "rolling stop") and failure to signal more than 100 ft. before a turn. I had never had a moving violation in 20+ years of driving, and I was now suddenly facing 5 points and the possibility of a hefty fine! Azria and Bruffett were able to get the charges reduced to a non-moving violation with no points and a minimal fine. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to someone who is concerned about avoiding points and black marks on their driving record.

I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. I am from Boston Mass and did not have to travel outside my state to hire attorney azria i was able to paid his fee with my credit card, and did not have to go to court or anything he was able to get everything resolve and they kept me informed at all time in the process can said enough about their services i am very pleased with the overall service, and i will definitely recommend them.

I got a ticket upstate, hours from home and my boyfriend got in touch with Seth. He told us about the diversion program used in that county and that it’d not be necessary to get a lawyer. There was no benefit for him in helping but he did it anyway. He returned our call promptly, explained the process and texted us links. He was so helpful and resourceful. I am an attorney working in the lower Hudson Valley. I had an unfortunate brush with the law on my birthday of all days! which resulted in my receipt of a speeding ticket en-route to a wedding in Buffalo.
