As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...

Speeding and registration violation

My experience was very professional and satisfactory. I was able to pay the attorney s fee up front. My attorney worked with the court and I paid a fine for a lowered charge in relationship to my registration. I did not receive points on my license for the speeding

What A Find!

I received a four point ticket and googled attorney's to choose who could handle my case, being that I was not local to the county in which I received the Summons. I found Seth Azria's Law firm and read the testimonials. I liked what I read and reached out to him. After retaining his services, I found the testimonials to be spot on. My ticket was reduced to a non point, non moving violation. Later on my son received the same type ticket with the same outcome. Very pleased with the services that he provided.

Me and a friend got in legal trouble in a town about 4 hours away from where we live. The charge was very threatening, and we expected to be dealing with it for months with little hope that it would go in our favor. We ended up having all of the charges dropped in the first appearance within about 40 minutes. Words cannot describe how much weight has been lifted off of our shoulders at a very modest price. Ticket resolution

Mr. Seth Azria handled my case competently and efficiently. I did not have to appear in court, which made the entire process really painless. He was successful in negotiating a reduction of a speeding ticket to a no-point non-moving violation, for which I am truly grateful. Even though I had a very good record prior to the event, that ticket would have impacted my finances quite negatively. Thanks to Mr. Azria this did not happen.

I am an attorney working in the lower Hudson Valley. I had an unfortunate brush with the law on my birthday of all days! which resulted in my receipt of a speeding ticket en-route to a wedding in Buffalo. I'd never had any other infractions on my record and this offense is certainly not an area in which I specialize. I was very upset and worried but immediately upon calling Mr. Azria all of my fears and concerns melted away.
