I contacted the office after receiving a speeding ticket. I was informed of my options and the likelihood of various outcomes and retained the services of the Azria office. The entire process was seamless and I was informed of the progress of the proceedings every step of the way. In the end, the case was reduced to a non moving violation. I live just shy of NYC and got a traffic ticket in this law firms jurisdiction while upstate for a wedding. Traveling several hours north to attend traffic court wasn't something that was possible for me with my hectic work schedule in healthcare. Azria & Bruffett handled my case without me ever having to be physically present and were able to drop my ticket to a small fine with zero points on my liscence. Money well spent.

Left a voicemail on Mr Azria's phone, he called me back within the hour. He gave me a clear assessment of the situation in regards to my speeding ticket and wouldnt you know, the ticket was in the end dismissed. Finally an attorney you can trust that gets the job done as promised!

As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc...

I was stopped by a NY state trooper for speeding on my way back to Canada right before the border crossing on I-81 in Mar. 2020. (Please be mindful about the signs of reducing speed. I didn't slow down quick enough). It was the first time I was stopped by a cop and I had no idea what I should do about this ticket. I searched on Google and decided to contact Mr. Azria. He was very nice to talk to and clarified all the questions I had regarding the ticket. In the end I did the online traffic safety training by Jefferson County. Mr. Azria helped me organize my correspondence with the DA and the court all the way through. I was quite fortunate to find him to fight the ticket for me. He and his assistant was very professional and knowledgeable. My charge was reduced to "failed to signal" and 2 points deduction. I appreciate the advice and help from Mr. Azria.

Seth was great. I had various infractions that required appearance. Payment and process were clearly spelled out and required little attention on my part. He was quick with correspondence and got me the best deals with lowest fines. Will absolutely use him again if ever in need of an attorney.
