Mr. Seth Azria handled my case competently and efficiently. I did not have to appear in court, which made the entire process really painless. He was successful in negotiating a reduction of a speeding ticket to a no-point non-moving violation, for which I am truly grateful. Even though I had a very good record prior to the event, that ticket would have impacted my finances quite negatively. Thanks to Mr. Azria this did not happen.

Azria & Bruffett provided excellent representation for my 89-year old father who was charged with two tickets in Cortland, NY. For a very affordable fee, they were able to obtain dismissal of the moving violation resulting in a very small fine and court costs. I live in another state so this was especially convenient for me to help my dad and they saved me a lot of time. As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...

All future correspondence was via email, but he was available by phone. I worked with one of his staff members as well. My 31 mph over limit (6 pts) was reduced to non-speeding 2 pts fine.
