Very pleased

I hired Seth to take care of a speeding ticket. He got it reduced to a no point ticket. The whole process was very simple and done through email. He took the time to answer any questions I had and his office kept me informed during the process.

Highly recommended

Mr. Azria did a great job handled my speeding ticket! All it took was a quick telephone call and he took care of everything. He got my charge (and fine) reduced and I did not have to appear in court. Everything was handled via telephone & email.

Mr. Azria was great to deal with and he did exactly what he promised for a very reasonable fee. I hope I don't need him again, but I strongly recommend him.

I am a truck driver and I was involved in an accident and was charged with a speeding ticket, which carries a penalty of 3 points. Happy with the Service

I was coming back home (Canada) when I got pulled over for doing 81 in 65 zone. I had no clue as in what to do. If I would've just simply paid the fine I would've lost 3 points in Canada on my license. So I googled lawyer and Seth's name came up. Contacted him and he advised me how he will pursue this ticket and what would be the likely outcome of it. What he said come out to be exactly that. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. I WILL RECOMMEND HIM.

THE lawyer you need when dealing with NY State & upstate Cops

TWICE I reached out to Seth when I got speeding tickets in upstate NY about a year apart. The first ticket was reduced significantly so it gave me great confidence to call Seth from the highway when I got the second ticket! 

With each ticket Seth explained what my options and risks were. He delivered exactly what he promised in each event. He really knows the DA's in each county that he had to deal with and was able to get the second ticket which was a monster 6 pointer to ZERO points!  The fact that I did not have to waste time and wages to appear in court was priceless.

I emphatically recommend Seth for anyone with a New York State or an upstate speeding ticket.

Speeding Ticket Dismissal

I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. I am from Boston Mass and did not have to travel outside my state to hire attorney azria i was able to paid his fee with my credit card, and did not have to go to court or anything he was able to get everything resolve and they kept me informed at all time in the process can said enough about their services i am very pleased with the overall service, and i will definitely recommend them.

Best Decision I've Made!

Fantastic to work with, he was able to take my cell phone ticket worth a possible 5 points and bring it down to a muffler violation worth 0 points. Could not be happier with the service provided and how quick and easy everything was, once I answered a few questions everything else was taken care of for me! Extremely reasonable price, especially considering all I will be saving not having to pay extra on my insurance!

I highly recommend Azria & Bruffett Law Firm for their professional service handling traffic tickets. I got my first speeding ticket in October 2021 after driving in US for 8 years. I received a ticket for speeding in Warrensburg, NY for going 20mph above the speed limit - a 4 point and >$200 offense. Mr. Bruffett took the case and had the ticket reduced to a 0 point $150 offense. Great result. I highly recommend his services.

Great Attorney, excellent service provided!

Driving back from Canada I received a large speeding ticket in NY. I thought this time instead of the PA making a mockery of me and traveling back up to NY I'd enlist the help of an attorney. Azira & Bruffett were the first firm that populated and the only one I needed. His staff was great, very communicative and friendly, David, was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly to me. I hope i never need another attorney in NY again, but if I do, David Bruffett will be the first I contact.

I was stopped and was ticketed by a policeman that is affiliated with the Elbridge Town Court on Highway 90, while I was on my way from Syracuse to NYC. The violation that I was cited for had to do with not moving to another lane when I saw a police car stopped on the side lane. I want to thank the judge and my lawyer for getting my ticket dismissed. my mentally handicapped son called me and i was worried and answered my phone as many times the police have had to respond to his home. I explained it to a policeman when i was pulled over that i thought it was an emergency and hung up immediately when it wasn't. i received a ticket from the police which i plead not guilty to because i have a clean unblemished driving record and i'm 62. thankfully it was dismissed. i strongly recommend this lawyer firm it real was a mess without them.

Thank you Seth Azria for getting my traffic ticket dismissed. It was an out of state ticket and I was worried about the consequences. Attorney Azria was very courteous and he allayed all my concerns. He promised me to try his best to reduce the number of points. However, he was able to get the ticket dismissed. Its a classic case of under promise and over deliver.
