I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. Fantastic to work with, he was able to take my cell phone ticket worth a possible 5 points and bring it down to a muffler violation worth 0 points. I received a ticket in February. Came across Azria and Bruffett website, and I filled out their online form. After submitting the form I was immediately taken care of. Throughout the entire process I emailed for updates and they got back to me quickly. My ticket was finally dismissed. They were fantastic. I want to thank the judge and my lawyer for getting my ticket dismissed. my mentally handicapped son called me and i was worried and answered my phone as many times the police have had to respond to his home. I explained it to a policeman when i was pulled over that i thought it was an emergency and hung up immediately when it wasn't. i received a ticket from the police which i plead not guilty to because i have a clean unblemished driving record and i'm 62. thankfully it was dismissed. i strongly recommend this lawyer firm it real was a mess without them.

I contacted the office after receiving a speeding ticket. I was informed of my options and the likelihood of various outcomes and retained the services of the Azria office. The entire process was seamless and I was informed of the progress of the proceedings every step of the way. In the end, the case was reduced to a non moving violation. I hired David Bruffett based upon his internet advertisement's claim to relieve my stress over my ticket. He talked me through the options that were available to us as well as giving me an education into the idiosyncrasies of New York traffic law. By the end of the case he had achieved the best outcome possible. While I personally hope to never need his services again I will call him immediately should the need arise and would recommend him to my friends and family if they need the services of a lawyer.

I received a four point ticket and googled attorney's to choose who could handle my case, being that I was not local to the county in which I received the Summons.
