I got a ticket upstate, hours from home and my boyfriend got in touch with Seth. He told us about the diversion program used in that county and that it’d not be necessary to get a lawyer. There was no benefit for him in helping but he did it anyway. He returned our call promptly, explained the process and texted us links. He was so helpful and resourceful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with tickets upstate!

It's been quite a few months, maybe a year since Seth got my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation. After speaking with several attorneys I went with Seth because he was exactly as described in his reviews. He was reachable, returned my calls, answered all my questions (which there were many). After a few weeks he and his staff got back to me with a positive outcome. It cost some money in fees and fines but a few months later my insurance had dropped $800. Wow....I was happy I didn't get a speeding ticket or points taken away so that my insurance wouldn't go up. This was a super bonus!

Once again David Bruffett was able to help my husband with a speeding ticket. He was able to reduce his 2 point speeding ticket to ZERO points/ min moving violation. This was important since he had gotten a speeding ticket on The NYS Thruway a couple years ago & Azria & Bruffett Law Firm handle everything for us and kept us informed by email so that We did not have to travel back to Albany from our home in Rochester. And again just recently when my husband got yet another speeding ticket in our home town, Mr. Bruffett was able to help us and again secure his ticket with with zero points/min moving violation. Awesome job

I received a ticket for speeding in Warrensburg, NY for going 20mph above the speed limit - a 4 point and >$200 offense. Mr. Bruffett took the case and had the ticket reduced to a 0 point $150 offense. Great result. I highly recommend his services.

Seth Azria was recommended to me by a friend. I can't say enough about how well I was treated, his responsiveness, and how my case was handled. I live just shy of NYC and got a traffic ticket in this law firms jurisdiction while upstate for a wedding. Traveling several hours north to attend traffic court wasn't something that was possible for me with my hectic work schedule in healthcare. I received a ticket in February. Came across Azria and Bruffett website, and I filled out their online form. After submitting the form I was immediately taken care of. Throughout the entire process I emailed for updates and they got back to me quickly. My ticket was finally dismissed. They were fantastic. THE lawyer you need when dealing with NY State & upstate Cops

TWICE I reached out to Seth when I got speeding tickets in upstate NY about a year apart. The first ticket was reduced significantly so it gave me great confidence to call Seth from the highway when I got the second ticket! 

With each ticket Seth explained what my options and risks were. He delivered exactly what he promised in each event. He really knows the DA's in each county that he had to deal with and was able to get the second ticket which was a monster 6 pointer to ZERO points!  The fact that I did not have to waste time and wages to appear in court was priceless.

I emphatically recommend Seth for anyone with a New York State or an upstate speeding ticket.

Fantastic to work with, he was able to take my cell phone ticket worth a possible 5 points and bring it down to a muffler violation worth 0 points. Good, timely results

I was kept informed of the process throughout the one, one and half months it took to get my speeding ticket resolved. They were able to bring it down to a no points moving violation and it was all done without any hiccups.

The fees is reasonable and the process was very smooth. Definitely recommend!

As a a 60 year old physician I am semi-retired and my wife and I travel the country to do work in my specialty at places that are shorthanded. Since I only work about 1/3 of the year we have time to drive to these places. Recently I was stopped on a highway in NY. I haven't had a speeding ticket since I was in my twenties. The officer said I was doing 81 in a 65 MPH zone (my reading 76 while trying to pass a slow moving vehicle with a line of cars behind me trying to get by me as well). I read the reviews and chose Attorney Azria.

The office staff was pleasant and efficient, and put me right through to Attorney Azria. He explained the process with perfect clarity and went to work. Although he explained the process could take 4-6 weeks he resolved the issue in 10 days, reducing the violation to a non-moving violation with a small fee and no points. His price was more than fair.

I've been lucky enough as a physician to have never been sued but doctors by nature do not have an affinity for lawyers. However, if you find yourself in need of one, it is hard to imagine someone better at their job than Attorney Azria. Thank you sir. If I could give you 6 stars out of 5 I would.

Happy with the Service

I was coming back home (Canada) when I got pulled over for doing 81 in 65 zone. I had no clue as in what to do. If I would've just simply paid the fine I would've lost 3 points in Canada on my license. So I googled lawyer and Seth's name came up. Contacted him and he advised me how he will pursue this ticket and what would be the likely outcome of it. What he said come out to be exactly that. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. I WILL RECOMMEND HIM.

I had gotten an extremely high speeding ticket when I drove upstate for the first time. I'm 18 and have had my license for about a year, so my mother and I thought it would be a good idea to hire an attorney. It was a holiday weekend, so I was surprised when David Bruffett answered our call on Presidents' Day. I'm so thankful he did. He's did an amazing job getting my speeding ticket reduced. He instructed my on what to do to increase my chances to reduce as many points as possible. He was honest when telling us what our outcome would most likely be, however, the outcome exceeded our expectations. He and his staff were very professional and supportive.
