Awesome job

I received a ticket for speeding in Warrensburg, NY for going 20mph above the speed limit - a 4 point and >$200 offense. Mr. Bruffett took the case and had the ticket reduced to a 0 point $150 offense. Great result. I highly recommend his services.

What A Find!

I received a four point ticket and googled attorney's to choose who could handle my case, being that I was not local to the county in which I received the Summons. I found Seth Azria's Law firm and read the testimonials. I liked what I read and reached out to him. After retaining his services, I found the testimonials to be spot on. My ticket was reduced to a non point, non moving violation. Later on my son received the same type ticket with the same outcome. Very pleased with the services that he provided.

Speeding Ticket Dismissal

I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. I am from Boston Mass and did not have to travel outside my state to hire attorney azria i was able to paid his fee with my credit card, and did not have to go to court or anything he was able to get everything resolve and they kept me informed at all time in the process can said enough about their services i am very pleased with the overall service, and i will definitely recommend them.

Taconic Parkway Speeding Ticket

Seth was able to reduce my 6 point speeding ticket to 0 points with a small fine. His office was responsive and kept me up to date. I did not have to appear in court, they pretty much took care of everything.

loved their service! one of the lawyers called back the same day after I left a voicemail, and told me about some drivers training online which would help me with my ticket! as far as i recall, none of the other lawyers i had called mentioned that. they solved my ticket to my satisfaction!!

Professional and reliable, highly recommended

After receiving a ticket upstate NY, I contacted Seth's firm based on the great reviews on this board and was really happy that I made this choice.

Seth explained the possible outcome in my case when I first called him and managed to achieve exactly what he told me, which shows that he is experienced and knowledgeable in his area of practice. He successfully negotiated with a DA a reduction of charges from a 6 point speeding to a non-speeding violation without me having to appear in court in person.

Speeding and registration violation

My experience was very professional and satisfactory. I was able to pay the attorney s fee up front. My attorney worked with the court and I paid a fine for a lowered charge in relationship to my registration. I did not receive points on my license for the speeding

Great Attorney, excellent service provided!

Driving back from Canada I received a large speeding ticket in NY. I thought this time instead of the PA making a mockery of me and traveling back up to NY I'd enlist the help of an attorney. Azira & Bruffett were the first firm that populated and the only one I needed. His staff was great, very communicative and friendly, David, was very easy to work with. Ticket resolution

Mr. Seth Azria handled my case competently and efficiently. I did not have to appear in court, which made the entire process really painless. He was successful in negotiating a reduction of a speeding ticket to a no-point non-moving violation, for which I am truly grateful. Even though I had a very good record prior to the event, that ticket would have impacted my finances quite negatively. Thanks to Mr. Azria this did not happen.

Was speeding on the Taghkanic on my way back home to the city. David secured me a judgment with 0 points and a $150 judgment. And I didn't need to leave the city. He also has a responsive and courteous staff. Highly recommend.

Worth it

Got pulled over for doing 16 miles over the speed limit on my way to Canada. Contacted his law firm and they reduced my ticket to what normally is 4 pts to 0 pts. Paid the fine and retained a clean driving record. Thank you Seth!

Nothing but the best I was involved in horrible tractor trailer accident I almost lost my life I was given 5 tickets in my hospital bed following too close, imprudent speed, passing violation and 2 brakes safety violations mr azria took my case and got 3 of the tickets dismissed and the other 2 reduced to a parking violation all with 0 points mr azria saved my driver licences and career he did all this for a low price please if your in need of a traffic lawyer call Azria and Bruffett they won't let you down

Take it from a Fellow Attorney, Seth Azria is wonderful and gets the job done.

I am an attorney working in the lower Hudson Valley. I had an unfortunate brush with the law on my birthday of all days! which resulted in my receipt of a speeding ticket en-route to a wedding in Buffalo. I'd never had any other infractions on my record and this offense is certainly not an area in which I specialize. I was very upset and worried but immediately upon calling Mr. Azria all of my fears and concerns melted away. Mr. Azria was able to plead my ticket down to a minor violation with no points and a small fee to the Court. Mr. Azria was quick, efficient and responsive. I never had a moment of worry that my case was being neglected. Mr. Azria and his team answered any questions that I had and kept me informed throughout the process. Azria & Bruffett did a very professional and effective job of dealing with my (out of state) speeding ticket in upstate NY. I was going 75 in a 65 which means multiple points along with a hefty fine. Ralph Habib was able to reduce the magnitude of my ticket down to a no points, non-moving violation. The paralegal Monica coordinated all of the communications and made it a very easy process for me. Fees were reasonable and competitive with other firms I shopped around at. I would recommend them to anyone else facing ticket issues as well.
