I found Mr. Bruffett after calling several lawyers in Syracuse. I had 6 outstanding tickets that I completely blew off and forgot about until I was arrested in NYC over a suspended license. Mr. Bruffett was able to get ALL of my tickets reduced with NO POINTS and he also got 2 tickets dismissed. When I first met him, it was the most pleasant experience one could ask for. He's one of the few lawyers who actually cares about YOU and not your money. He quoted me an extremely reasonable amount for all 6 tickets. I never had to step foot into a court room and he has a great relationship with the DA and he was able to work something out that was in my best interest. I feel a huge relief knowing all of my tickets are over with, and I could not thank Mr. Bruffett enough. He also gave me his personal phone number and I was able to text and call him whenever I needed him. Before I even retained him, I had a question and texted him and he called me and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. David Bruffett and his firm Azria & Bruffett. The lawyer was extremely easy to work with. He guided properly on the process. I had a speeding ticket and advised about the “ Tioga traffic diversion program” that can help get the ticket dismissed.

As a a 60 year old physician I am semi-retired and my wife and I travel the country to do work in my specialty at places that are shorthanded. Since I only work about 1/3 of the year we have time to drive to these places. Recently I was stopped on a highway in NY. I haven't had a speeding ticket since I was in my twenties. The officer said I was doing 81 in a 65 MPH zone (my reading 76 while trying to pass a slow moving vehicle with a line of cars behind me trying to get by me as well). I read the reviews and chose Attorney Azria.

The office staff was pleasant and efficient, and put me right through to Attorney Azria. He explained the process with perfect clarity and went to work. Although he explained the process could take 4-6 weeks he resolved the issue in 10 days, reducing the violation to a non-moving violation with a small fee and no points. His price was more than fair.

I've been lucky enough as a physician to have never been sued but doctors by nature do not have an affinity for lawyers. However, if you find yourself in need of one, it is hard to imagine someone better at their job than Attorney Azria. Thank you sir. If I could give you 6 stars out of 5 I would.

The friendly and courteous team at Azria & Bruffett made dealing with my ticket a breeze. I was quickly able to resolve the issue with a defensive driving course (the refresher helped) and I was able to put it behind me to become more mindful on the road.

loved their service! one of the lawyers called back the same day after I left a voicemail, and told me about some drivers training online which would help me with my ticket! as far as i recall, none of the other lawyers i had called mentioned that. they solved my ticket to my satisfaction!!

My Husband and I received 3 moving violations between the 2 of us, within a month. All were reduced to 0 point non moving violations. I contacted Attorney David receiving a speeding ticket over 100mph in NY, being a NJ driver. David was very professional and very clear on how to handle the issue (had very high points ticket but thanks to David who turned a stressful incident into a quick, easy and painless situation). I incurred a speeding ticket in Syracuse while taking my nephews to Lacrosse Camp. I am from out of town and unknowingly went through a speed trap. I contacted Azria Law Firm once I returned home. They were extremely professional, courteous and prompt with all information, explanations of the legal procedure and with answers to all of my questions. It has been just over 30 days and my violation and fine have been reduced. I am very pleased and recommend the firm highly. They are reasonably priced and successfully resolved my case. In my profession, I work with lawyers all the time. I wish they were all as communicative and diligent as Seth and his staff.

Thank you Seth Azria for getting my traffic ticket dismissed. It was an out of state ticket and I was worried about the consequences. Attorney Azria was very courteous and he allayed all my concerns. He promised me to try his best to reduce the number of points. However, he was able to get the ticket dismissed. Its a classic case of under promise and over deliver.

Seth Azria was recommended to me by a friend. I can't say enough about how well I was treated, his responsiveness, and how my case was handled.
