Best Decision I've Made!

Fantastic to work with, he was able to take my cell phone ticket worth a possible 5 points and bring it down to a muffler violation worth 0 points. Could not be happier with the service provided and how quick and easy everything was, once I answered a few questions everything else was taken care of for me! Extremely reasonable price, especially considering all I will be saving not having to pay extra on my insurance!

Drivers License Revocation

Recently I lost my drivers license due to receiving multiple tickets in a six month period. Along with that I had a misdemeanor and some other points on my license record. I had received a notice from dmv and was going to have to be without my drivers license for 2 years. I got in contact with Seth Azria at the Azria Law Office to see if there was anything at all I could do about my predicament. Seth Azria worked on my case and within a short amount of time I got a notice in the mail from dmv saying that the revocation order for my license has been rescinded. I would highly recommend the Azria law firm to anyone who is in need of legal assistance. Very easy to work with as well.

Speeding Tickets x 2

Mr. Bruffet and his office staff handled 2 speeding tickets for me. One was last year and was moved to a non-moving violation and this last one was a significant reduction in points and surcharge. Driving back from Canada I received a large speeding ticket in NY. I thought this time instead of the PA making a mockery of me and traveling back up to NY I'd enlist the help of an attorney. I received a ticket for speeding in Warrensburg, NY for going 20mph above the speed limit - a 4 point and >$200 offense. Mr. Bruffett took the case and had the ticket reduced to a 0 point $150 offense. Great result. I highly recommend his services.

Reduced Speeding Ticket

David Bruffet of Azria & Bruffett handled my traffic case and managed to reduce my speeding ticket to a non-moving violation! This resulted in no points on my license and a substantial reduction in payments to the court. They have special promotions for college students so would recommend services for any college student who needs legal representation when it comes to speeding tickets.

Excellent experience with this law firm from Syracuse. Mr. Seth Azria Esq. handled my speeding ticket in Watertown, NY with no problem for a reasonable $ 250 fee and saved me a plethora of points and high insurance rates. It was difficult to be a tourist with an out of state license plate on a rental car and not being familiar with local speed traps of 30 mph.... I would use the Azria & Bruffett Law Firm again in a minute if I ever get another ticket in NY. It is especially handy that they will take credit cards over the phone or online. Some firms I checked with required cash and I had already left the state.

David Bruffett is an amazing lawyer. I had trouble finding someone in Syracuse who I could trust and who was out for my best interest and not just chasing dollar signs. Over Speeding Ticket

I would recommend Attorney David. They helped me have my speeding ticket withdrawn and even if the program they got me into had stopped after my application they got me a waiver. I also got my program fee refunded. Initially I was too worried as most other websites I visited while researching started following me up which I did not like. David's team was quite professional. My only suggestion is they should have a pre set next action steps format sent to their clients so that most questions get answered automatically

Since I never had an experience dealing with traffic ticket before, I have no clue how to proceed the next steps. As a a 60 year old physician I am semi-retired and my wife and I travel the country to do work in my specialty at places that are shorthanded. Since I only work about 1/3 of the year we have time to drive to these places. Recently I was stopped on a highway in NY. I haven't had a speeding ticket since I was in my twenties. The officer said I was doing 81 in a 65 MPH zone (my reading 76 while trying to pass a slow moving vehicle with a line of cars behind me trying to get by me as well). I read the reviews and chose Attorney Azria.

The office staff was pleasant and efficient, and put me right through to Attorney Azria. He explained the process with perfect clarity and went to work. Although he explained the process could take 4-6 weeks he resolved the issue in 10 days, reducing the violation to a non-moving violation with a small fee and no points. His price was more than fair.

I've been lucky enough as a physician to have never been sued but doctors by nature do not have an affinity for lawyers. However, if you find yourself in need of one, it is hard to imagine someone better at their job than Attorney Azria. Thank you sir. If I could give you 6 stars out of 5 I would.
