Seth was able to reduce my 6 point speeding ticket to 0 points with a small fine. His office was responsive and kept me up to date. I did not have to appear in court, they pretty much took care of everything.

Excellent experience with this law firm from Syracuse. Mr. Seth Azria Esq. handled my speeding ticket in Watertown, NY with no problem for a reasonable $ 250 fee and saved me a plethora of points and high insurance rates. It was difficult to be a tourist with an out of state license plate on a rental car and not being familiar with local speed traps of 30 mph.... I would use the Azria & Bruffett Law Firm again in a minute if I ever get another ticket in NY. It is especially handy that they will take credit cards over the phone or online. Some firms I checked with required cash and I had already left the state.

My experience was very professional and satisfactory. I was able to pay the attorney s fee up front. My attorney worked with the court and I paid a fine for a lowered charge in relationship to my registration. I did not receive points on my license for the speeding

I hired David Bruffett based upon his internet advertisement's claim to relieve my stress over my ticket. He talked me through the options that were available to us as well as giving me an education into the idiosyncrasies of New York traffic law. By the end of the case he had achieved the best outcome possible. While I personally hope to never need his services again I will call him immediately should the need arise and would recommend him to my friends and family if they need the services of a lawyer.

Me and a friend got in legal trouble in a town about 4 hours away from where we live. The charge was very threatening, and we expected to be dealing with it for months with little hope that it would go in our favor. Making this short and simple: I had over 15 traffic infractions/violations for driving without a license, speeding and among other serious infractions. Needless to say , Ralph took care of this all for me and I ended up just paying fines for the traffic tickets - Also , I'm a licensed driver now!

Mr. Azria did a great job handled my speeding ticket! All it took was a quick telephone call and he took care of everything. He got my charge (and fine) reduced and I did not have to appear in court. Everything was handled via telephone & email.

I highly suggest using this firm, they had my speeding in a work zone from the Town of Geddes (82 in 55) reduced to a non moving violation with $100 fine and $93 surcharge.

Fantastic to work with, he was able to take my cell phone ticket worth a possible 5 points and bring it down to a muffler violation worth 0 points. Could not be happier with the service provided and how quick and easy everything was, once I answered a few questions everything else was taken care of for me! I contacted Azria Law Office after receiving a speed ticket (+24 mph). Pleading guilty would automatically assign me 6 points + fines to the court, and fines to DMV for 3 years.
