David Bruffett is an amazing lawyer. I had trouble finding someone in Syracuse who I could trust and who was out for my best interest and not just chasing dollar signs. Once I contacted Mr. Bruffett, I immediately felt a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. I would recommend Attorney David. They helped me have my speeding ticket withdrawn and even if the program they got me into had stopped after my application they got me a waiver. I also got my program fee refunded. Initially I was too worried as most other websites I visited while researching started following me up which I did not like. David's team was quite professional. My only suggestion is they should have a pre set next action steps format sent to their clients so that most questions get answered automatically

Mr. Bruffett was very extremely knowledgeable about handling my speeding ticket. I did not know whom he was, he took my phone call personally and then had my ticket dismissed. The fact that he spoke with me personally made me feel very comfortable. His paralegal always handled my questions promptly and courteously. I contacted Attorney David receiving a speeding ticket over 100mph in NY, being a NJ driver. David was very professional and very clear on how to handle the issue (had very high points ticket but thanks to David who turned a stressful incident into a quick, easy and painless situation). As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc...
